If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. Comics are shipped with care using appropriate protective packaging.
For items that arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. If a pre-ordered item is cancelled by the publisher, you will automatically receive a full refund.
You may pause or cancel series subscriptions at any time through your account settings. Items already purchased through auto-buy follow the standard return policy above.
We're collectors too. We grade and describe items honestly, and we expect returns to come back in the same condition they were sent. If you have questions about condition before purchasing, just ask - we'd rather help you make the right call upfront.
