By accessing or using the Chimaera Comics website ("chimaeracomics.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Chimaera Comics is operated by The Chimaera Company LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
All product listings, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Pre-orders are subject to publisher availability. If a pre-ordered item is cancelled by the publisher, you will receive a full refund. If a paid pre-order or drop is delayed beyond its stated ship window, we will notify you, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
Some high-demand products are sold through limited allocation drops instead of open ordering. Drops work as follows:
Sealed randomized products — including trading card packs and boxes, blind bags, blind boxes, and mystery items — are sold as-is with contents determined by the manufacturer. Because their value depends on chance, all sales of randomized products are final and non-refundable, whether opened or unopened. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on the contents, rarity, or condition of pulls inside a sealed product. This does not affect your right to a remedy where the product you receive is damaged in transit, defective, or not the product you ordered — see our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds and returns for non-randomized products are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Requests outside that policy are considered case-by-case, at our sole discretion, taking into account the circumstances of the request and the account's history — including prior refund activity and indicators of abuse. We reserve the right to refuse discretionary refunds and to suspend accounts that abuse refund, return, or drop processes.
We accept payment through Stripe. All transactions are processed securely. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where we are required to collect it (currently Georgia) and is calculated at checkout.
We ship from our facility in Georgia, USA. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, except as provided in our Return & Refund Policy for items damaged in transit.
Series subscriptions reserve upcoming issues for you. You may pause or cancel subscriptions at any time through your account. Hold box items accumulate until you request shipment or your auto-ship threshold is met.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on this site, including logos, design, and text, is the property of The Chimaera Company LLC or its licensors. Comic book characters, titles, and artwork are the property of their respective publishers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Chimaera Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
